At Joyarti, every order is made after it is placed.
That means your item is created for your selected product, design, and order details — not pulled from a shelf.
Delivery times vary by product type. Printed products are usually faster, while 3D figures require a longer creative and production process.
We will show the clearest delivery estimate we reasonably can before you complete checkout.
1. Where We Ship
Joyarti currently ships within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
2. Made-to-Order Production
Every Joyarti order is made to order.
Production time may vary depending on the product type, material, order volume, production requirements, customization complexity, fulfillment partner capacity, and other operational factors.
Because your item is made specifically for your order, production begins only after your order is confirmed.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, we will send a shipping notification with tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimates below include both production and delivery time unless stated otherwise.
3D Figures Estimated delivery: about 15–20 business days. 3D figures require a more detailed creative and production process, so they usually take longer than printed products.
Quiet White Mug Estimated delivery: about 5–8 business days.
Artful Wrapping Paper Estimated delivery: about 8–10 business days.
Framed Canvas Print Estimated delivery: about 5–6 business days.
Fine Art Print Estimated delivery: about 2–5 business days.
Wood-Framed Art Print Estimated delivery: about 4–6 business days.
Artful Postcard Set Estimated delivery: about 5–6 business days.
Folded Invitation Card Set Estimated delivery: about 5–6 business days.
Museum-Framed Art Print Estimated delivery: about 4–6 business days.
Boxy Heavy Tee Estimated delivery: about 7–10 business days.
4. A Note About Timing
Delivery estimates shown on our website, product pages, and at checkout include both production time and delivery time unless stated otherwise.
We work to provide the clearest estimate we reasonably can before you complete checkout. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Most orders move smoothly, but extra time may be needed during busy seasons, high order volume, carrier delays, weather events, supply issues, address problems, unusual production conditions, fulfillment partner delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we believe we will not be able to ship your order, or meet the delivery estimate shown at checkout, we may contact you with an updated estimate. Where required by applicable law, we will ask whether you agree to the delay. If you do not agree to the delay, or if we cannot obtain your consent where required, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped item.
If your order is for a specific date, holiday, or event, please place it as early as possible. Joyarti is not responsible for missed event dates, gifting dates, or personal deadlines unless required by applicable law.
5. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted fulfillment and carrier partners to help your order arrive safely.
The shipping method may vary based on product type, delivery address, package size, package weight, available carrier service, production location, and fulfillment partner.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item type, package size, order size, and available shipping method.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it will appear automatically at checkout, subject to the promotion’s terms.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking details usually begin updating within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package.
If tracking pauses for a few days, your package may still be moving through the carrier network.
8. Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes different product types, your items may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen because different products may be made with different materials, production methods, or fulfillment partners.
You will receive tracking information as each package ships.
A delay, defect, or issue with one item or package does not necessarily affect the rest of your order.
9. Address Details
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@joyarti.com.
Once production or shipping has started, address changes may not always be possible.
If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because the address was incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or undeliverable, we will review the situation and let you know whether reshipment, address correction, or another support option is available. Depending on the status of the order, additional production or shipping costs may apply.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost after the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at support@joyarti.com within 4 weeks of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging if something arrived damaged.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the correct address, we will review the situation, but replacement or refund options may be limited unless the carrier information or other facts show a delivery issue.
