Joyarti uses your uploads, prompts, style choices, generated previews, mockups, and custom designs to provide the services you request, including creating previews, artwork, product mockups, 3D model-related outputs, custom products, saved designs, quality review, safety review, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and customer support.
We do not claim ownership of your private uploaded photos or original content.
We do not use your private uploaded photos, generated artworks, or custom designs in public advertising or public marketing without your permission.
We do not use your private uploaded photos, generated artworks, or custom designs to train general-purpose or publicly available AI models unless we clearly tell you and obtain consent where required. We require our AI-assisted processing providers not to use your private uploaded photos, generated artworks, or custom designs to train their general-purpose or publicly available AI models, unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain consent where required.
We may use trusted service providers, including technology and AI-assisted processing providers, to help provide Joyarti’s creative, preview, customization, storage, safety, support, and fulfillment features. These providers may process your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide services to Joyarti, subject to our agreements with them and applicable law.
We do not use uploaded photos for facial recognition or to identify individuals.
If you upload photos that include other people, including children, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share those photos with us and use them to create Joyarti previews, designs, and products.

These providers may process your information for the purpose of providing functionality to Joyarti and helping us operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.

We do not use your private uploaded photos, generated artworks, or custom designs in public advertising or public marketing without your permission.

We require our AI-assisted processing providers not to use your private uploaded photos, generated artworks, or custom designs to train their general-purpose or publicly available AI models, unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain consent where required.

We may use limited service data, quality signals, safety signals, and non-public operational information to improve Joyarti’s product experience, safety systems, design workflows, customer support, fulfillment quality, and service reliability.

5. Photos, Likeness, Face Geometry, and Biometric Information

Joyarti uses uploaded content and generated results to provide the services you request, including creating previews, adapting designs to products, producing custom items, fulfilling orders, saving designs, and supporting customer service.

Some features may analyze visual characteristics from uploaded photos, such as face shape, body pose, expression, relative position, or other geometry, only to create artwork, previews, mockups, 3D model-related outputs, or custom products you request.

Joyarti does not use uploaded photos to identify individuals, verify identity, authenticate identity, or perform facial recognition.

Where applicable law treats certain visual measurements, face geometry, or related information as biometric identifiers or biometric information, we will provide any required notice and obtain consent where required before collecting or using that information.

If you upload photos that include other people, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share those photos with Joyarti and use them for the purpose of creating previews, designs, and products.

If the photo includes a child, you must be the child’s parent or guardian, or otherwise have the legal right to share the photo for this purpose.

Where applicable law treats certain visual measurements, face geometry, or related information as biometric identifiers or biometric information, we will retain that information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested feature, generate previews or outputs, complete production and fulfillment, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We will delete or de-identify that information according to the applicable retention schedule and any additional notice or consent provided for that feature.

6. Children’s Privacy and Children in Uploaded Photos

Joyarti is intended for adults and is not intended for children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Adults may upload photos that include children only if they are the child’s parent or guardian, or otherwise have the right to share the photo for the purpose of creating a Joyarti product.

If you delete content or close your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify content that is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, production, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and customer support requirements.

For orders already in production or already fulfilled, we may need to retain certain records, production files, order details, and support records for a limited period to complete fulfillment, handle defects or remakes, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
