Once production or shipping has started, changes may not always be possible.

Order & Shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
If your tracking has not updated for a few days, your package may still be moving through the carrier network.
Product Issues
If your item arrives damaged, has a production issue, is lost, or doesn’t match the order you placed, contact us within 4 weeks of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
Please include your order number, a photo if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll review the issue and help with an appropriate solution.
Design & Customization Help
If you have a question before placing an order, we can help with photo quality, product selection, or general design guidance.
Because Joyarti products are personalized and made to order, please review your product, design, preview, text, image, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and order details carefully before placing an order.
Partnerships & Collaborations
For partnership, creator, or brand inquiries, please email us with the subject line “Collaboration Inquiry.”
If a collaboration, creator post, testimonial, review, or endorsement is sponsored, gifted, incentivized, affiliate-based, employee-related, or otherwise connected to Joyarti in a way consumers may not reasonably expect, that connection must be clearly disclosed where required by law.
